Mr Issatayev has more than 15 years' work experience in a variety of financial institutions. He maintains a Master's Degree in Economics from Yale University, USA. From 1993 to 2001, Mr Issatayev occupied senior positions in leading foreign financial companies, such as the International Monetary Fund, ING Bank and ABN AMRO Bank in Kazakhstan. Before taking the post of the Chairman of the  Kassa Nova Bank Board of Directors, he was the CEO of Temir Bank and ATF Bank, Kazakhstan (2003-2008).

Mr Kuanyshev has worked in the banking sector for more than 15 years. He has a Master's in Business Administration from Aston University, UK. Prior to working at Kassa Nova Bank JSC, Mr Kuanyshev was CEO of ATF Bank JSC (2006-2007). His experience includes areas such as retail and corporate banking as well as investment management. Mr Kuanyshev has been CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Kassa Nova Bank JSC since November 2009.

Mr Schneider is an experienced banker and began his career at a German Savings Bank. He holds a degree from the Pforzheim Business School, Germany.  He has worked as a senior advisor and group manager of financing programs for micro and small businesses, carried out by the World Bank and the German International Cooperation, amongst others. As part of this work, Mr Schneider carried out missions in a variety of countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia and Turkey. Before this, he managed a seed money fund for start-up businesses in Romania. Mr Schneider has more than 20 years' experience emerging markets.

Before joining Kassa Nova Bank, Mr Mendigaliev was President of ATF-Leasing JSC. From 2001 to 2004, he worked at ATF Bank JSC and Halyk Bank, where he worked his way up from credit manager  to  become Head of the Small and medium-sized Business lending department. Aybek Mendigaliev was born in 1977 in the West Kazakhstan Province. He graduated from Kazakh State Academy of Management (KazGAU) with distinction. Mr Mendigaliev has been a Member of the Mangement Board since November 2009 and occupies the post of a Managing Director of Kassa Nova Bank JSC.
