2009:

• Registration of the Bank with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (July).
• The Bank received its licence to conduct banking and other operations from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Institutions.
• December: issue of the first credit.

2010:

• The first fully-functional Branch was opened in the city of Almaty.
• Extension of the Product Line: introduction of  "Ipoteka" and "Extra" credits.
• The second branch opened in the city of Astana.
• At the end of the year, the credit portfolio consisted of $35m.

2011:

• Three new Branches were opened in the cities of Aktobe, Pavlodar and Karaganda.
• The Bank received its extended licence from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to conduct banking and other operations with the opportunity for individuals and businesses to place deposits.
• The Bank became a member of the Kazakhstan Deposit Guarantee Fund.
